How you’ll spend your day

We are hiring an experienced product manager for one of Teva's most growing brands.

We are hiring an experienced product manager to lead Austedo in the Israeli market.

• Strategic thinker - develop and execute effective strategies for product positioning, pricing, and market growth. Understanding customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to tailor products and marketing strategies accordingly.
• Marketing oriented-articulate scientific information to different stakeholders in simple and effective manner. Create effective marketing tools and activities to support sales functions
• Sales driven and goal achiever - achieve sales target in collaboration with salesforce manager. Support salesforce team
• Utilizes data to make informed decisions, track product performance, and identify areas for improvement
• Cross functional collaborative – create and maintain work collaborations with internal stakeholders (local & global functions) to drive product's initiative's forward.
• Full P&L accountability to support business decisions

Your experience and qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven track record of product management within pharmaceutical companies – a must
• B.Sc degree. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
• Experience with multitasking, prioritizing work, and effective communication in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent
• Result driven strategic thinker with perfect collaborative and influencing skills
• Positive thinking, open minded and creative approach
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
