Technical Recruiter

Vicarius is an Israeli-born cybersecurity start-up backed by tier-1 investors from San Francisco and Tel Aviv. Currently operating out of NYC and Jerusalem (+WFH), Vicarius is set to solve the biggest challenge of all: security vulnerabilities. The Vicarius powered platform, vRx, is a simple and self-serve product that helps companies identify, prioritize and fix security threats in an integrated, automated, and non-traditional manner.

After successfully closing our Series A funding round, we’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team! We are looking for self-driven individual with exceptional sourcing skills, a passion for building talent pipelines, and finding the best candidates for our start-up.

As a Technical Recruiter at our company, you will:

• Creatively and proactively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain contact with candidates to keep them up to date on the status of their applications
• Partner closely with hiring managers to create scalable sourcing strategies and meet business goals.
• Write, review and post job descriptions for technical role vacancies
• Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
• Conduct market research, stay informed about industry trends, talent landscapes and talent sourcing best practices.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a high-tech company- a must.
• Experience working in a Cybersecurity company – an advantage.
• Experience recruiting Global R&D teams - an advantage.
• Proven experience in CV screening, sourcing candidates, reaching out, conducting phone interviews, analyzing data and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools outside of LinkedIn sourcing platform.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), analyzing sourcing data and providing recruitment insights.
• A collaborative team player with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a positive mindset- we believe in low ego and high energy.
• Results-oriented, proactive personality with an ability to thrive at a fast paced, changing environment.
• Fluent English (speaking, writing, reading) - a must
