As we expand our presence in the LATAM region, we are looking for a talented Senior Acquisition Analyst to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Senior Acquisition Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving user growth through data-driven insights and strategies. This role will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, reporting and optimizing the performance of the different user acquisition channels including campaigns, affiliates and more, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition efforts. Responsibilities:
- Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven user acquisition analytics strategy that aligns with the business goals.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract actionable insights from user acquisition data, including cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and LTV analysis.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels, ensuring efficient spend and ROI.
- Data Reporting: Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance to key stakeholders and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of user acquisition strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage user acquisition budgets effectively, making data-driven recommendations for budget allocation.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on user acquisition analytics, preferably in the gaming or e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in data analytics using advanced SQL and Python
- Experience with user acquisition platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, programmatic advertising).
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
