Team Lead

We are looking for a Team Leader for our application team!

We are a well-funded cyber security startup in TLV working on new ways to secure organizations.

We grow rapidly and we are looking for a very talented and experienced Team lead to join our team.

We are seeking a seasoned manager to lead an effective and dynamic team of 5 developers. While technical knowledge is valuable, it is not the main requirement. What we value most is the ability to lead and support the team, interact with clients, explore their environments, and understand their needs. We are looking for someone who is product-oriented, agile, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 4-5 individuals.
• Investigate client environments and understand their requirements.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading teams in a startup environment.
• Strong technical background in the field of cybersecurity.
• Experience in client-facing roles - a plus!
• Excellent interpersonal skills when working with both clients and team members.
