Junior Product Analyst

You will partner with the ElliQ product team to create insights and identify patterns and issues based on the data we collect across our users. Enabling the product team to become more data and analysis-driven. As part of a small team of analysts, you will enjoy a great balance, taking the analytics abilities in the company to the next level, with significant influence and contribution to all aspects while having a counterpart to consult and discuss with.

We are looking for a Junior Product Data Analyst who will partner with product managers, data scientists, engineers, business developers, marketing, and other key stakeholders in the company to leverage our data into key insights that directly influence the value our products bring to our users.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing product data and creating insights that are disruptive to the company’s Product, R&D, Business, and Marketing teams.
• Bring significant insights to help the company define its KPIs better.
• Working closely with product managers and translating business requirements into KPIs.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to track the progress of feature rollouts and usage.
• Define, together with the product team, key metrics to evaluate the success of the business, team, and new features.
• Track and monitor features in a multi-modality environment.
• Design data requirements and collaborate with the R&D department to implement and test the requirements.
• Research user behavior.
  
  

• 1-2 years of industry experience in data product analysis/business intelligence.
• Experience in analyzing B2C products (analyzing user behavior and user interaction).
• SQL capabilities and experience with Data visualization tool(s).
• Willingness to get your hands dirty with messy data to identify product opportunities and uncover interesting product insights.
• A passion for data and numbers!
• Experience in working with product, development, and data teams.
• Produce visualizations and high presentation skills.
• Passionate and attentive self-starter, excellent communication and follow-through approach, great work ethic, and love the responsibilities of being personally empowered.
• Natural team player with a passion for making an impact.
• Detail oriented.
• Bachelor's degree in the data domain (e.g., information systems, statistics) with a social science orientation or a social science-related domain (e.g., psychology, communications, sociology) with a strong quantitative orientation- An advantage.
