What does the team do?

The Cymulate HR team is the beating heart of our organization. As devoted people professionals, we are on a mission to bring out the best of all our employees around the world. What you will do?

• Headhunt potential candidates, mainly for technical
• Manage the recruitment processes E2E in Israel: from the initial stages of profile definition, through sourcing, scanning CVs, managing the candidate's pipeline, and conducting reference check.
• Plan and set interview procedures, including screening calls, HR assessments and in-person interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and support them during the recruiting process.
  
  

• At least 2 years work experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist for high tech company – must.
• Previous experience as a Technical Global Talent Acquisition Specialist for startup company –advantage.
• High level of knowledge using LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
• English – high level speaking and writing.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking, high level of responsibility and out of the box thinking.
