Full Stack Team Lead

They are in rapid growth mode and are looking for someone who wants to grow with them and make an impact. It's a close-knit, family-like company with a wealth of options.

They are currently seeking a Full Stack Team Lead to lead development under the CTO.

Initially, it involves managing 1-2 employees, with plans to expand to a team of 5, so there will be a significant percentage of remote work, approximately 90% at the beginning. Development is done with a 60% focus on React with NodeJS and a MySQL database on the backend.

The company is located in Tel Aviv near the train line and operate on a flexible hybrid model with three days in the office.

Requirements

- Front End: 4+ years' experience in React JS + React Hooks

- Back End: 5+ years' experience in MySQL (or Postgres SQL)

- Back End: 4+ years experience in NodeJS

- 2 years experience in managing a team of developers
