Backend Team Lead

We are an innovative, market leading company that believes in building the future and we are looking for growth-minded Team Lead to drive our Backend Team.

As part of your job , you will:

●     Lead a team engineers Wave BLs Development Team

●     Sustain and improve the architecture of the application(s)

●     Lead hands-on aspects of the development cycle including code and design reviews.

●     Coach and mentor, the scrum team on Agile principles, practices, and values

●     Help \ solve tech. issues or blockers with the team’s technical leaders.

●     Communicate with Solution Management and Product Management. Participate in cross-functional collaboration within the organization.

●     Promote domain knowledge, system thinking, and product understanding.

Requirements

●     Excellent social skills

●     B.Sc. in software engineering/computer science/Information Systems

●     5+ years of experience as Java Software Engineer

●     Experience in Software Design, OOP and Microservices development

●     At least 2 years’ experience of leading small to medium teams with hands-on responsibility.

●     Experienced with agile development methodologies.
