Communication and Information Security Team Lead

• Manage a team of 3 communication and information security specialists responsible for the entire lifecycle of applications, from inception to maintenance.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of LANs, WANs, internet connectivity, and various information security products.
• Set and monitor employee goals, ensuring their alignment with professional and personal objectives to support team operations, tasks, and projects.
• Provide comprehensive support for communication and information security across the organization.
• Plan, track, and manage annual work plans.
• Lead cross-organization projects.
• Execute and monitor ongoing objectives.
• Develop and implement work procedures.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of team management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of communication and information security, including national network deployment, segmentation, and connections to various providers.
• Experience with technologies such as Fortinet, FIREWALL, WAF, NAC, SSL-VPN, Load-Balancer - mandatory.
• Experience with IPS, PROXY, DLP technologies - an advantage.
• Experience with products like Cisco F5, Forcepoint, SASA - an advantage.
• Experience with communication protocols such as OSPF, Eigrp, STP - mandatory.
