Integrations Team Lead

We are looking for an exceptional Integration Team Lead to spearhead our remote team in Belgrade, Serbia, as we tackle complex challenges in authentication, security, scalability, and large data processing using NodeJS (Typescript) and Cloud technologies.

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - a must.

- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on integration solutions using NodeJS (Typescript) and Cloud technologies - a must.

- Proven experience leading and managing remote development teams - a must.

- Strong knowledge of authentication, security, scalability, and large data processing challenges and solutions - a must.

- Familiarity with design patterns, microservices architecture, and API design - a must.

- Proficiency in Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - a must.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a startup environment, managing priorities and adapting to evolving requirements.
