About The Job
Join us as a member of MCO (multi-Country Organisation) HR Management Team!
In this exciting role, you will act as the Human Resources strategic business partner for the Country Lead and Country Leadership Team. You will lead people agenda in the country in the alignment with MCO and global practice and guidelines to ensure engaging working environment and compliance with local legal requirements.
You will act like trusted partner for MCO HR Head, HR Heads from MCO countries, HRBPs, Business Leaders, CoEs and social partners.
Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the country roadmap and people & culture evolution agenda whilst ensuring alignment with the company strategic business direction
- Ensure local country implementation of global HR strategy, policies, and tools
- Legal representative of company as Employer in all employee matters
- Manage Social and employee relations - fair and transparent way, promoting culture, values and behaviours. Create and maintain a company culture and climate for effective collaboration
- Manage relations with Social Partners, ensuring open and professional dialogue with local TU / WC organizations. Facilitates all contact and exchanges between management and employee representative bodies
- Contribute to Talent development and succession pipeline building on country level by Talent Committee, Talent Exchange, Speed networking
- Provide expertise on local labour law and labour market and practices. Provide expertise on all people-related and HR management matters in the country, ensuring compliance to legal requirements, ethical standards and best practices
- Manage external network opportunities, building employer branding at all levels in order to be aware of best practices, compliance and market challenges
- Ensure HR support and leadership in any crisis situation that might occur
- Performance and Compensation management
- Additionally to Country HR Head role might be assuming the responsibilities of HRBP for specific GSFs/GBUs across the MCO (double hat)
Education:
- University Degree
- Solid experience in HR, in a multicultural/multi-countries environment as HR leader
- Strong experience in human resources management (talent management & development, compensation, employee relations, organizational transformation, employee engagement, shaping working environment, building positive employer branding)
- Customer orientation, understanding business needs, strong coaching, consulting skills
- Hebrew language proficiency
- Fluent English
- Very strong cooperation skills in multinational environment, business partnering with senior leaders, leading transversal initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinking, change management, project management and decision making skills
- An international work environment, in which you can develop your talent and realize ideas and innovations within a competent team
