Job Description:
As a Support Administrator at Octopol, you will be an integral part of our support team, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch assistance with our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and effective support, address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, working with the research and development teams to solve customer problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and challenges that clients encounter, working closely with our technical teams to find solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Octopol's products and services to assist clients with their questions and problems.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive support documentation, including FAQs and guides, to aid clients in finding answers to common questions.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our products and services.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, development, and quality assurance, to enhance the customer experience and improve product functionality.
*Qualifications:*
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Organization and order
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and understand complex software and technology.
- Prior experience in a customer support or helpdesk role is a plus.
- SQL Server proficiency
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English, Russian - an advantage
- Candidates whose day off is not Saturday - a significant advantage.
