What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be a key point of contact for our global customer base, managing inquiries across phone, email, and live chat with clarity and professionalism.
You will:
- Deliver thoughtful, solutions-oriented support across multiple communication channels
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
