Senior Account Manager

A forward-thinking company specializing in search monetization solutions for websites, extensions, apps, and search engines is in search of a seasoned Senior Account Manager to drive revenue growth and foster strong partnerships with world-class publisher clients.

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating the company's earnings, and your experience in managing publishers against revenue targets is absolutely essential. You will own the relationships and growth of the company's publishers, many of which are world-class software companies, generating millions of dollars with the company's search products, powered by Microsoft Bing.

In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, we need someone who thrives under pressure, excels at managing priorities, and consistently meets or exceeds deadlines. Your abilities should span from building strategic relationships to diving deep into data analysis. You'll have the trust and responsibility to orchestrate coordination among various cross-functional stakeholders, both internally and externally, such as Product, Sales, and Compliance teams, to ensure the timely launch of search-related products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for our valued publishers, cultivating enduring and robust relationships.
• Assess and enhance the performance of our products by effectively communicating campaign deployment specifics.
• Develop insightful presentations, forecasts, and growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and growth, collaborating closely with our sales team to achieve quarterly targets.
• Mobilize internal departments (Finance, Product, Legal, Compliance, Analytics, Sales) to seamlessly deploy, optimize, and upsell our products for your publishers.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in publisher account management, with a proven track record of meeting revenue quotas.
• A blend of strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of digital media KPIs, including CPC, CPM, monetization, analytics, and measurement.
• Experience with tools such as Tableau and SalesForce is advantageous.
