User Engagement Manager

MyHeritage is looking for an experienced user engagement marketer to promote and position its products in global markets to meet business objectives. The User Engagement Manager will lead the product marketing strategy of the MyHeritage platform to its huge international user base. In this role, you will plan, set up, manage, and optimize activities that will increase the awareness, adoption, and usage of MyHeritage features and products using marketing automation tools, various communication channels, and on-site guidance.

What you'll do:

• Maintain ongoing communication initiatives to MyHeritage's global user base
• Plan and execute product launch and feature announcement communications to the MyHeritage user base by coordinating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product to ensure successful launch of new products and features, and the ongoing adoption of existing products and features
• Measure and increase user engagement to achieve business goals
• Work with the support, sales and marketing teams to collect and analyze user feedback in order to continuously improve the product messaging and value proposition
  
  

What you bring:

• A strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, content marketing, and product positioning
• 2+ years of experience with CRM tools
• Proven track record of successfully managing large scale, user-facing campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages to various audiences
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets and deadlines
• Excellent analytical skills, detail-orientation, and problem solving
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Optimove — an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field — an advantage
