Brand Manager

At Doona, we create innovative products that redefine everyday life for parents and children around the world. As our global presence continues to grow, We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead and strengthen our brand presence across key communication channels and consumer touchpoints.

This is a full-time maternity leave cover position, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the brand’s overall presence and communication across different channels.
• Manage the Social Media, Content, PR and Influencer Marketing activities.
• Lead and support team members responsible for social media, content creation, newsletters, customer communications, PR and influencer partnerships.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice, messaging and visual identity across all platforms and consumer touchpoints.
• Plan and oversee content and marketing activities across social media, email, digital platforms and other communication channels.
• Work closely with internal teams to support product launches, campaigns and ongoing brand initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, engagement and connection with consumers.
• Manage external partners and agencies when relevant.

Requirements:

• Experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Communications, preferably within a consumer-facing company.
• Experience managing Social Media, Content, Influencer Marketing and/or PR activities.
• Previous experience managing or leading team members.
• Strong understanding of brand communication and consumer engagement.
• Creative thinking alongside strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English – written and spoken.
