N-Drip is on a mission to save water resources while supporting agriculture around the world. Our disruptive gravity-powered micro-irrigation solutions and our decision support system, N-Drip Connect™, enable sustainable farming and an efficient water-energy-food cycle.

As part of this mission, we are seeking a passionate R&D Team Leader to join our team. If you are a motivated leader with a proven track record of delivering results, and nurturing team growth, and you are willing to make a meaningful impact, this opportunity is for you!

In this role, you'll spearhead the creation of an innovative app designed to empower farmers globally. More than just leading, you'll inspire, mentor, and champion your team toward fulfilling a pivotal segment of our company vision.

As a Full-stack Team leader, you’ll oversee the following:

● Maximizing your team’s impact and personal growth by leveraging management skills and creative engineering methods.

● Work together with our product manager, QA, designer, and hardware engineers.

● Providing mentorship and guidance for your team.

● Leading the execution from the design stage to production.

● Contribute to the engineering culture and methodologies.

● Being a go-to person creates a comfortable environment for the employee to discuss personal challenges and work-related struggles.

● Contribute to our codebase to push the development forward and stay up to date with our coding standards.

Skills & qualifications:

●     Over 6 years hands-on experience in both front-end and backend technologies.

●     Minimum 3 years in a Team Lead capacity.

●     Mastery in at least two of these technologies: React JS, React Native, Python, Node JS.

●     Versatility with a broad spectrum of technical tools, including various DB types, queues, design patterns, and architectures.

●     Stellar interpersonal and communication skills.
