The Opportunity
Join our team as an HR Operations Specialist in Israel!
This position will involve managing day-to-day transactions and administration support for HR Lifecycle processes for our employees in Israel.
You should have an in-depth of knowledge of all the processes and country-specific requirements for the locations that you will support. You will be expected to deliver excellence in our HR administration transactional services.

What kind of work would you be doing?
- Perform Human Resources related transactions and business processes, with varying complexities and manage day-to-day operational transactions throughout the hire-to-retire employee life cycle:
- Offer letter, contract, contract amendment and letter creation
- On-boarding, benefits enrollment
- Employment related changes
- Leave Management (Long-term leave)
- Termination and off-boarding
- Ensure timely and accurate data base (HR-system, vendor tool, government portal where applicable) maintenance upon system workflow, HR-tickets and business requirements.
- Responsible for delivering a high-quality employee experience, and cultivating a culture of customer service.
- Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders (HRBP´s, Payroll, Total Rewards, external vendors, managers).
- Work closely with the other HR Operations team members, offering triage support to process requests and support peers with any questions, issues and decision making related to the Processing Centre activities.
- Assist and train current and new team members.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Knowledgebase documents to ensure consistent and optimized processes.
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations for continuous process improvement.
- Participate in the testing, implementation, upgrading and support of new or modified system changes, as directed.
You are good at
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or related field (HR professional accreditation preferred, where applicable)
- 3-5 years of previous experience in HR operations providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders.
- Experience working in a Shared Service work environment is highly desirable
- Full competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Workday, SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge would be an asset
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer experience and excellent attention to details
- Ability to work in high growth, fast-paced environment requiring agility to meet changes in business demand
- Strong analytical skills and solid decision-making capabilities to provide practical recommendations
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
