 Proven experience of +10 years as a senior IC Test Engineer in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on IC testing.

 Proficiency in IC test program development using industry-standard tools (Advantest 93000 or equivalent platform).

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Familiarity with industry standards and quality control protocols for IC testing.

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

 Experience with reliability testing and statistical analysis is a plus.
