Proven experience of +10 years as a senior IC Test Engineer in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on IC testing.
Proficiency in IC test program development using industry-standard tools (Advantest 93000 or equivalent platform).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and quality control protocols for IC testing.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Experience with reliability testing and statistical analysis is a plus.
