Summary of the role and team:
- Managing a group of sales representatives, professionally and personally, that are spread in hospitals around the country.
- Join meetings with field representatives.
- Mentoring and accompanying new and existing employees – conversations with customers, handling objections etc.
- Taking part in conferences – operatively and participating in conferences.
- Managing Marketing materials
- Gathering and analyzing information coming from representatives.
- Training and product education sessions to the representatives.
- Increasing commitment of staff members to the organization and products.
Your Day-to-day:
- Reporting sales goals to the staff.
- Perform monthly meetings.
- Daily monitoring of the schedules of the representatives in the field.
- Following up on staff that they are meeting their daily goals.
- Transfer important information that arises from the field to the company's designated functions.
- Accompanying the representatives and providing feedback on their professional knowledge and familiarity with the products.
The ideal candidate
Must-have:
- Degree in life sciences\ paramedical- a must!
- English at a very good level - a must!
- 2 Years of experience in managing people- a must!
- Experience from pharma fields- an advantage!
- Ability to work according to procedures.
- Ability to work with multiple interfaces.
- High learning abilities.
- Multitasking, mental flexibility and assertiveness.
- Experience working with computerized systems.
- Work ethic and good interpersonal relationships.
- Leadership and ability to motivate and harness people.
