Customer Success application specialist

We are a scale-up company in the clean tech field that develops and sells water leak detection solutions globally.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Success Application Specialist who will join our growing team (24 people) located in Yakum, Israel, to deliver a superb customer experience to our worldwide clients.

Our customers' satisfaction and proactiveness is the key to our success, making this role a vital component of our company’s growth. The CS application specialist will join the existing CS team.

In your role, you'll be at the forefront, using your skills and technical expertise to help the team and the customers to achieve incredible results. The Customer Success team’s mission is to onboard our customers with the solution, ensure they are maximizing their value out of the solution, and provide them with white glove service and support.

In addition, the team provides our R&D input from the field and from the day-to-day work with the system in order to constantly improve.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Experience and/or Customer Success in SAAS and HW-based companies. You will be responsible for the customer’s operations to ensure achieving company objectives and goals.

What will be your day-to-day work?

• System data analysis, hands-on work with our platform
• Work directly with our customers on a daily basis as an account manager
• Implement the system for our customers and train them
• Work closely with other departments in the company - Sales, R&D

What will you bring to the team?

• Proven experience as a Customer Experience/Customer Success in an HW/SaaS technology environment - a must
• Proven experience in onboarding global projects in international global companies
• Strong experience in project management and analytical skills
• A creative mindset and highly agile and innovative
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills that is able to work closely with our sales, marketing, product, and R&D teams to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Fluency in English and Hebrew
• Additional languages - Advantage
• Clean tech and water industry experience- Advantage
