The NVIDIA Professional Services (NVPS) Team hires a Global Delivery Partner Manager. We deploy NVIDIA-based solutions WW, mainly in HPC (High-Performance Computing), AI Infrastructure, and other NVIDIA-based solutions. The team focuses on NVIDIA's biggest customers, deploying some of the most extensive and complicated AI infrastructure systems worldwide. Most of the physical installations we own are delivered by our certified partners.Your main responsibility will be the ownership of NVPS Delivery Partner activity WW, collaborating with Partners, crafting processes, policies, information systems, and quality standards, allowing our partners a smooth onboarding, business availability, communication channels, and success. Discernment foresight, Partner leadership skills, and technical expertise will be instrumental in driving NVPS business with its delivery Partners.What You’ll Be Doing

- We expect you to serve as the main contact for 3rd party contractor/ Partner interactions and develop and maintain robust supporting infrastructure, processes, communication channels, and Partner relationships, understanding their business needs and making them accessible, user-friendly, and effective.
- Manage the day-to-day Partner activity in your region, supporting partners in addressing challenges, effectively communicating sophisticated new solutions and concepts addressing client/ Partner queries, and ensuring solutions meet technical requirements.
- We expect the candidate to assess potential opportunities and identify new potential business with partners, demonstrating their strengths and differentiators.
- Lead and own the development of Partner-related collateral, case studies, and reference materials demonstrating our capabilities, differentiators, and track record.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field roles.
- 5+ years of experience in Global Partner Management (required) and proven background in Operations roles for Technology vendors in the professional services industry.
- Partner management demonstrated ability with a track record of building and encouraging Partner relationships.
- Relevant technical background and the ability to translate technical concepts into Service business value.
- Superb communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Practical and innovative demeanor, passionate about achieving engagement targets and driving Service growth and solution enablement.
- Perfect English writing and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with high-volume Operations/ program management principles
- Proficiency in CRM and sales/ engagement tools.
- Deep understanding and experience in delivery partner management, programs, operational systems, and incentives.
- Experience in Partner management roles for Professional Services teams with Technology (preferably infrastructure or Network) vendors.
