We are looking for a results-driven Partner Manager to manage and grow relationships with our strategic partners.
This role focuses on daily partner communication, performance growth, portfolio development, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize partner success and business impact.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of strategic partners and maintain strong, long-term relationships
Daily communication with partners, providing timely support and resolving issues
Drive performance growth and optimize partner activity
Identify new partnership and revenue opportunities
Monitor partner performance using data and analytics tools
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Ops, Finance) to elevate partner results
Conduct partner verification and ensure compliance with company standards
Identify operational improvements and streamline partner workflows
Requirements
Proven experience in Client Management / Partner Management / Business Development
Strong understanding of performance-driven environments (Affiliate / AdTech / Digital partnerships - advantage)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage relationships while driving measurable performance outcomes
Strong technical orientation and ability to understand tracking platforms / technical setups
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams
English - Must
Russian- an advantage
Additional languages are a big advantage.
