Embedded Software Team Lead

We're looking for a Software Team Lead to guide a talented group of engineers and oversee the development of real-time embedded software applications.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• 👉 Lead and manage a team of 3-4 software engineers to achieve project goals.
• 👉 Hands-on involvement in designing and developing complex real-time embedded software.
• 👉 Own the full software project life-cycle, from initial planning to release.
• 👉 Write key project documents including high-level specs, SRS, SDD, and STR.
• 👉 Implement and oversee software features and modules in an embedded environment.
• 👉 Lead design and code reviews to ensure top-notch software quality.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• ❗️Bachelor's degree in Computer and Software Engineering (Master's is a plus).
• ❗️Experience in team leadership or software project management.
• ❗️Minimum of 3 years in embedded systems development.
• ❗️Strong skills in C++ programming.
• Familiarity with operating system concepts.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
