What We Do

Our department is responsible for the backbone of the entire development process and infrastructure. We design, implement and maintain the processes, methodologies, and technologies that allow and support the development of Resident’s platform while upholding high standards of quality, performance, security, availability, and agility.

What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a Full Stack Team lead, a highly motivated LEADER with strong interpersonal skills and poses a “can-do” approach to lead a diverse and big team (over 8 developers) in a fast paced environment, and manage the team efforts based on our goals. As a Full Stack team leader you will make an impact on Resident’s growth by developing business applications for Operations, CRM, CS, analytics and more. You will need to partner cross-functionally with different stakeholders and prioritize resources according to the business needs, work closely with Product Managers, Tech leads, Devops and others.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in Full Stack development

At least 2 years experience as a Full Stack team leader with proven management experience of a large team.

Team player, Highly motivated, Quick learner, and possesses the ability to troubleshoot production environments.

Taking full responsibility and lead advances sw projects that require team collaboration, task management and code reviews.

Capable of understanding complex system functionalities & architecture and designing new functionality.

Experience With One Of The Following

Backend: Java/Scala, Cloud (AWS), NoSQL (MongoDB), Data Streams, AWS Lambda, SOA & OOD design patterns.

Frontend: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
