We are looking for an experienced Unity Team Lead to join our development team.

Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end ownership of cross-organizational infra projects from requirements to production
• Lead a multi-discipline team of highly skilled and passionate engineers
• Conduct the team ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retro meetings
• Evaluate technologies, run proof of concepts, and promote changes in the technological stack
• Lead changes, guide and collaborate with other development teams in the company
• Be an effective part of owning and supporting the team’s services in multiple production environments
• Use, learn and share best practices for high-quality design, code, and tests
• Mentor developers to help them grow and evolve their technical skills

Requirements:

2+ years of experience leading a development team

6+ years of relevant work experience in software development

Experience working on Production (released games)

Expert in C# & Unity engine

Proficiency in developing complex systems at large scale

Passion for learning new technologies and applying them to make an impact

Can-do approach

Advantage:

B.Sc. in Computer Science (or equivalent) or other relevant courses
