Program Manager Lead

As a Program manager lead you will be responsible for leading a group of talented people with different skillsets, working together to achieve our Data Solution team goals and MSD goals. You will be responsible for fostering teamwork, facilitating effective communication, motivating team members, and resolving any conflicts that may arise. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the project is aligned with the business objectives and monitor project progress to adjust it accordingly for success.

The perfect candidate should have strong program management background with experience leading and managing cross-functional teams, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of people from different functional areas including program managers, DevOps, business analyst and power BI.
• Manage different programs including Data Engineering, Cloud services, DevOps, Business analyst and customer facing solutions.
• Manage conflict and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Track progress and adjust as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Celebrate successes and learn from failures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and a culture of excellence.
• Build and grow talent in your team and make sure you promote a diversity and inclusion culture.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer science, or similar.

• 2+ years of experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of experience working as Program Manager.
• Proven experience working as a software developer.
• Experienced with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
