Development Team Lead

As a team lead in Sciplay you will take a lead role in developing complex software systems to support a successful mobile game. You will be working close with product and management teams to collect requirements and improve the game’s UX and technical KPIs. • Lead and grow a team of developers - mentor, coach and create best practices and technical guidance
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software for a mobile game
• Analyze, identify, and eliminate bottlenecks and errors on the server and client side and ensure efficiency and reliability of code
• Contribute to the development of new/innovative game play features and interfaces
• Estimate engineering efforts, plan implementations, and help roll out system changes
• Develop backend code in PHP, Python and JavaScript
• Develop client code with C# on Unity

• Tech savvy and eager to learn new technologies
• Proven experience in managing development teams
• 5+ years of software development experience with either Unity experience or object-oriented languages
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• Proven work experience with real time and large-scale system
• Experienced with GIT
• A Team player

• Developing complex backend systems in PHP
• Game Development experience
• Experience with SQL/ NoSQL Databases
• Experience working in an Agile methodology
