We seek an Onboarding Team Lead to manage all new Support Associates onboarding processes in Haifa. The role is important in the site's management structure and within the Learning and Development teams.

The position requires a hands-on approach, project management skills, and a good understanding and experience of organizational training methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the training process for new Associates, including managing the Onboarding Trainer team.
Guiding and supporting new Associates from the moment they join the company until they transition to independent work in the support team.
Overseeing, monitoring, and optimizing the training process.
Utilizing strong management, coaching, and team motivation skills.
Applying a deep understanding of the company's operational and service processes.
Our humble expectations

Our humble expectations

At least 1 year of experience in organizational training departments.
At least 1 year of experience in managing support teams- call center is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
