Recruiting Coordinator

Description:

DRS RADA is a global pioneer in radar systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate in Human Resources or a related field who is interested in building a career in talent acquisition and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across the organization
• Publish job openings on relevant platforms and maintain job postings
• Screen resumes and assist in identifying suitable candidates
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support recruitment needs
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in relevant systems
• Assist with recruitment-related administrative tasks, reports, and ongoing projects
• Support employer branding and sourcing initiatives, as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken
• High motivation and strong desire to develop in the recruitment field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, service-oriented, and eager to learn
