In one sentence

The Compliance Counsel will provide legal support to the Amdocs Compliance Team and will assist in creating and maintaining ongoing company-wide compliance processes respecting Company’s technologies and its various business units.

What will your job look like?

• You will review and analyze software licensing agreements, advise various units with the company and participate in decision making processes
• You will collaborate with and present to numerous people and units within the company
• You will support ongoing company compliance processes
• You will collaborate with other Amdocs units
• You will point out exposure and try to mitigate it
  
  

• Legal degree (LLB or JD)
• At least 6 years of practicing law in the relevant legal areas
• Proven experience in software licensingwork
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent understanding of different software licensing models
• Experience in software compliance work and audit activities (advantage)
• Ability to navigate in complex working environment and build partnerships with different stakeholders
• The ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, including management of workload, response to deadlines, and proactive and creative thinking
• Excellent English (work and correspondence is done almost entirely in English)
