What You'll Do:

• Manage a team of highly motivated and talented product managers to successfully drive and deliver projects and features across data science, external vendor integrations, and internal tools.
• Proactively collaborate with stakeholders (including senior management)
• to develop and align on strategy and roadmap
• set and manage expectations during quarterly planning and quarterly execution
• develop and shape processes to drive efficiency in execution and delivery.
• Actively analyze business performance and use metrics to make informed decisions
• Collaborate and work with external vendors on technical and business fronts.
  
  

• Strong leadership skills in Product Management with 10+ years as a PM and 6-8 years of management experience
• Seasoned people leader who can effectively recruit, develop and retain top product talent; and proactively drive for organizational efficiency
• Ability to dive into details, understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners; hands-on leadership expected
• Capable of distilling complex capabilities into easy-to-understand teachable moments
• A self-starter with a bias to action who can move projects forward, lead a cross-functional team toward product solutions, and deliver projects on time
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of stakeholders - technical, non-technical, operational, and senior management
• BS in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
• Background in Data Science/ Data Analytics / Platform is preferred
