What You’ll Do

✅ Drive the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and continuous improvement

✅ Collaborate with engineering, go-to-market, and leadership to shape product direction

✅ Translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable product requirements

✅ Lead discovery efforts (customer interviews, market research, data analysis)

✅ Prioritize features that improve banker productivity and customer outcomes

✅ Support go-to-market teams with strategic messaging and enablement

Who You Are

✔ 5+ years in product management (SaaS, fintech, or AI platforms preferred)

✔ Proven success in building and scaling complex B2B products

✔ Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development cycles

✔ Effective communicator with sharp analytical and storytelling skills

✔ Passionate about solving real-world problems with AI and customer-first thinking

Bonus Points

➕ Experience in financial services or banking environments

➕ Familiarity with CRM systems, data pipelines, or LLMs

➕ Background in software engineering, data science, or technical product management

➕ MBA or technical degree a plus
