Scopely is looking for a VIP Team Lead to elevate our new casual game, Monopoly GO! team in Tel-Aviv or any country where we have an Scopely office.

The Monopoly GO! team is one of our key franchises and has just become one of Scopely’s largest games. The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain and the US.

What You Will Do

As a VIP Lead you will providing high-level customer service to a company's most valuable customers. This includes resolving issues, providing advice, and ensuring that these customers are satisfied with the company's products and services. In detail:

• Provide high-level customer service to VIP customers
• Resolve issues and provide advice
• Ensure that VIP customers are satisfied with the company's products and services
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Build relationships with VIP customers
• Identify and develop new VIP opportunities
• Coordinate special events and promotions for VIP customers
• Track and analyze VIP customer data
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the gaming industry
