Job Description: As the Customer Life Manager & Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our salon. Your responsibilities will encompass various areas, including customer relationship management, supplier collaboration, advertising and marketing management, customer service, and exploring additional revenue streams. This position combines logistical planning and coordination work to optimize our salon's operations and elevate the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Life Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction throughout their salon experience. Provide personalized consultations, address inquiries, and resolve any issues to ensure exceptional customer service and retention.
2. Supplier Collaboration: Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of salon products and equipment. Negotiate favorable terms, manage inventory levels, and continually evaluate supplier performance to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Advertising and Marketing Management: Oversee the salon's advertising and marketing system, collaborating with sub-suppliers and external agencies to execute effective campaigns. Monitor marketing analytics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
4. Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, proactively resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Continuously seek feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
5. Expanding Additional Income Streams: Identify opportunities to diversify and expand the salon's revenue streams. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative services, packages, and retail offerings that align with customer preferences and industry trends.
6. Salon Operations Support: Provide support for salon operations, including scheduling appointments, managing payments, and handling administrative tasks. Be willing to work closely with customers at the salon when necessary to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
7. Logistical Planning and Coordination: Utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize logistical processes within the salon. Identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and implement efficient systems to enhance productivity and profitability.
