Learning and Development Manager

FORE, External Studies and Executive Education unit at Reichman University, is seeking a talented and passionate Learning and Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing innovative and tailored learning and development programs for managers and senior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Identifying learning needs of organizations and individual clients
• Designing and developing training programs for managers, including courses, workshops, seminars, and digital learning solutions
• Identifying and recruiting external and internal experts and experienced lecturers
• Managing budget and allocating resources
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Organizational Psychology, Management). Master's degree - an advantage
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Deep understanding of learning and development theories and methodologies
• Demonstrating initiative, creativity, and a desire to influence
• Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full proficiency in computer applications
• High proficiency in Hebrew and English
