3+ years of experience leading R&D teams, including managing team leads
4+ years of hands-on full-stack development (Node.js/Nest.js, React)
Experience building large-scale distributed systems in the cloud (AWS/GCP)
Strong architecture and design skills, including microservices and APIs
Solid knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Experience integrating AI/LLM tools into web applications
Excellent communication skills in English
