This is a unique leadership role that combines people management, business and technology consulting, product strategy, and client engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with some of the leading organizations in the market, driving innovative solutions and delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Consultants.
• Drive business and technological discovery processes, including requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design.
• Own product initiatives end-to-end, from strategy and vision through implementation and adoption.
• Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, business units, development teams, and architects.
• Oversee product delivery processes and ensure the quality of solutions and deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops, define product roadmaps, and prioritize business needs and opportunities.
• Promote the integration of AI-driven solutions and innovation into products and business processes.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Technology Consulting.
• Proven experience leading teams and working with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
• Experience leading complex discovery and requirement-definition processes and managing product backlogs.
• Hands-on experience working with Development, UX/UI, Architecture, and Data teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience with Digital Products, AI, and Data-driven solutions is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field is a strong advantage.

• הובלת מוצר מקצה לקצה – משלב האסטרטגיה והחזון ועד ליישום והטמעה.
• ניהול ממשקים מול לקוחות בכירים, יחידות עסקיות, צוותי פיתוח וארכיטקטורה.
• ליווי תהליכי פיתוח ואחריות על איכות הפתרון והתוצרים.
• הובלת סדנאות, גיבוש Roadmap ותעדוף צרכים עסקיים.
• שילוב פתרונות AI וחדשנות במוצרים ותהליכים עסקיים.
