For the Solaredge's manufacturing site in the north of Israel we are looking for Training & Talent Acquisition Specialist.

What will you be doing:

Manage the org. training platform and be responsible for the maintenance, communication, engagement, and ongoing support.
Responsible for the HR internal communications.
Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees.
Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
Support recruitment process end to end, from the position definition till onboarding.
Partnering directly with hiring managers to understand their teams hiring needs and team dynamics.
Performs other HR related duties as required.

At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition / Training Specialist / Training Coordinator / HR Operation.
Experience in managing an End to End process.
The position fits candidates with high innovation and creativity skills in training and recruitment.

Hands-on experience with HR systems – Comeet, Success Factor – an advantage.
Ability to see the big picture as well as practice hands.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Organizational Behavior / Social Science or equivalent.
