Marketing Operations Manager

harmon.ie is a leading enterprise collaboration software provider for the new workplace, with 1600+ customers around the world (including Next, the Government of Canada, Bosch, E&Y). As a growing leader in the realm of email management, we are looking for an experienced marketing operation manager to work with our COO to achieve our growth goals. 

Our marketing operations manager should love the hands-on, detailed, tasks that go into managing various marketing tools. You should also have a profound SaaS B2B background, and understand the various positions in enterprises and corporations and how to segment them. We are looking for a person with a keen interest in marketing channels and tools.  

Roles and responsibilities: 

• Manage marketing automation and usage-based campaigns 
• Develop and implement plans to increase product usage and customer loyalty 
• Manage budgets and expenses to ensure they are within company guidelines 
• Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns 
• Coordinate webinars and other online events – manage these activities from start to end 
• Website administration  
• Manage marketing projects – writing Gantts, following up on tasks, and monitoring KPIs 
• Coordinate with advertising agencies to create effective campaigns that meet business goals, and be able to jump in and PPC on your own if needed 

You will be responsible for the operations of all our marketing tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom, Constant Contacts, Lemlist, Sanity, Wordpress, GoToWebinar, landing page creation and more.  

Requirements:  

• At least 2 years of experience with email automation and/or CRM management - a must
• Experience with Intercom and/or other usage-based marketing tools – an advantage 
• At least 5 years experience in marketing roles at SaaS B2B companies 
• Professional English – A MUST! 
• Strong ability to analyze markets, user behaviors and campaign performance 
• A deep understanding of the various roles in the enterprise world
• Some coding capabilities - an advantage 
• Experience in PLG – a great advantage 

The position is hybrid: 2 days a week from home and 3 from our Modiin offices
