minimum 8 years of experience as a HR Manager / People Business Partner in a multicultural and multinational business environment.
Excellent influencing and communication skills
Industrial relations and workplace relations experience
Knowledge of People & Communications and safety-related regulations and legislation
Matrix working experience in cross-border organization
Bachelor's and Master's degrees
Fluency in English & Hebrew
