Data Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a Data Analyst with approximately 2 years of experience to join our team and help turn data into meaningful business insights.

In this role, you will analyze data from multiple sources, build reports and dashboards, identify trends and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with different business and data teams, helping translate business questions into clear and actionable analyses.

Your Roles and Responsibilities-

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Create and maintain BI reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and translate them into actionable insights.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support business and operational decisions.
• Use SQL to extract, combine, and analyze data from different sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Support improvements to reporting processes, data quality, and analytical capabilities.
• Present findings and recommendations to managers and business
• stakeholders to help guide day-to-day decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience with Python, Data Bricks, AI tools for agentic development (such as Claude, Cursor, or similar) for data analysis is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive, with a big-picture mindset that connects data to the business behind it.
• Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
