Email Marketing Manager

This individual will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing our email marketing strategy, in addition to overseeing our email marketing system.
Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth across multiple channels.
Manage the creation, deployment, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, segmented lists, templates, and workflows.
Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, OR, CR, ROI, etc.) and analyze the performance of email campaigns to improve effectiveness and maximize results.
Create and maintain email marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Collaborate with the content development team to create engaging and persuasive email copy.
Ensure compliance with email privacy regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to develop targeted email campaigns that drive business objectives.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within email marketing, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing strategies that drive results.

A minimum of 1 year experience in managing B2C email marketing campaigns via relevant systems, preferably within a marketing agency or lead generation environment.
Proficiency in email marketing and automation platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis, reporting, and optimization of email campaigns using google analytics and Excel.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadline.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email, as well as design principles for creating visually appealing and responsive emails.
Familiarity with email privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
A self-starter attitude and a keen attention to detail.
