Managed IT Services Specialist

Starting Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 nis gross + food expenses. (We reward growth and performance—this starting salary is just the beginning, with great potential for advancement)

We are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for engaging with clients, managing projects, addressing issues and developing innovative solutions.

This position involves a blend of in-office work, remote work, and client visits.

The role consists of two primary responsibilities.
First, you will be responsible for supporting the client’s existing infrastructure. This includes assisting end users, on/off boarding employees, identifying vulnerabilities, managing updates, reviewing logs, maintaining tools such as MDMs and the Security Dashboards, monitor and respond to security alerts.

Second, you will oversee IT projects. This may involve implementing new technologies or optimizing the client’s systems. Over seeing collaboration with team members and will be essential successful completion of these projects.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience and a solid understanding of the following areas:
Operating systems: Windows, macOS, Linux
Active Directory environments
Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Entra) / Google Workspace / OKTA
MDM: Intune, Kandji, Jumpcloud
Virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure: VMware / Hyper-V / Azure / AWS
Firewall management, switches, and access points
An understanding in computer hardware
