We are looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary business contact for our clients and be responsible for their satisfaction and growth.

What’s the Job?
Build customer relationships, and act as the primary point of contact during the post-sales cycle
Guarantee successful delivery of our services per customers’ needs and objectives
Collaborate with our Sales & clients teams to understand client KPI to ensure the success of the client campaigns
Constantly pursue new business and account growth opportunities
דרישות התפקיד
2-4 years of Client Management experience
• Service-oriented
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented
Must:
Native English – Speaking and writing.
Experience working with US business clients
Advantage:
Experience working with B2B international clients at large scale
B.A. in Business Management/Communications/economy or any other related field
