IT Specialist

We seek a proactive, motivated, and problem-solver IT Specialist to join our Security & IT unit. In this role, you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself in different areas. As part of this role, you will work closely with various departments, implement new technologies, support and improve the existing system, and build an automation process.



Key Responsibilities

Configure, install and maintain all office technical equipment, including laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT peripherals
Provide IT support to all Connecteam employees, worldwide
Lead IT projects, deploy new IT systems and services, and define, design, and implement technology solutions
Create and maintain IT documentation, including policies, procedures, and system configurations
Vendor & Supplier Management - Collaborate with suppliers, manage contracts, and oversee IT service agreements
Manage the procurement and allocation of IT resources, ensuring timely delivery and installation
Work with departments to meet tech needs and stay updated on industry trends

Qualifications

3+ years experience in IT
Experience with Cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure and GCP)
Experience with SAAS environment
Experience with user management flows
Strong knowledge of IT systems administration, infrastructure, networking
Deep understanding of MAC OS and Windows environment
Knowledge in Python - Advantage
