About the role:

We're looking for a talented Social Media Manager with a passion for creating content to transform our LinkedIn and YouTube channels. You'll be at the heart of our social media strategy, crafting compelling content that resonates with cybersecurity and developer professionals and drives business results. If you're a content creation expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ahead of the latest social media trends, and possesses a deep understanding of cybersecurity topics, this role is for you!

In this position, you will work Sunday-Thursday with two days in the office and three days from home.



Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Develop and produce high-quality, engaging social content (video, text, images) specifically tailored for LinkedIn and YouTube audiences.
• Implement creative content formats and campaigns that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives
• Repurpose existing content across different platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

Social Media Strategy

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for LinkedIn and YouTube, including content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement tactics.

Social Channel Management

• Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.

Vendor Collaboration

• Collaborate with external vendors (e.g., videographers, designers, writers) to produce high-quality content.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong focus on content creation for LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Content Creation Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools is a plus.
• B2B Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media strategies for B2B audiences.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to track, analyze, and interpret social media data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in the Cyber Security / Developers industry.
