Your impact

Develop and implement innovative learning strategies and programs for both our internal teams, focusing primarily on technical support groups, and our global customer base.
Ensure that training programs align with the company's strategic goals and contribute to the growth of our product knowledge and expertise.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
Work closely with product and technical teams to stay updated on product developments and collaborate with the delivery and support groups to translate these into educational content in a timely and effective manner.
Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them
Create engaging and effective training materials tailored to various learning styles and needs.
Manage the full cycle of training activities, from needs analysis through to delivery and evaluation.
Lead and mentor a team of training professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements:

Your Toolbox

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in the tech or cyber intelligence domain.
Proven track record of creating and implementing successful training programs.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc)
Experience working with different LMSs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including technical teams and international customers.
Experience in project management and team leadership.
Fluent in English.
