As a key member of the global HR team, the Head Office HR Division Manager will be responsible for implementing global HR policies and strategies in Israel. This includes overseeing performance evaluations, compensation & benefits, recruitment & staffing, employee development & training, welfare activities and supporting business strategy by managing all aspects of human resources throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
The role also involves managing and enhancing HR processes in Israel, overseeing the collective agreement, and taking ownership of the salary and headcount budgets, as well as KPIs.
Major Areas of Responsibility
HR Business Partner (HR BP) Management
• Lead, manage, and develop the HRBPs in the Head Office/Israel, providing guidance and support on HR matters
• Provide HR consulting and support to employees and managers on a wide range of HR issues
• Conduct one-on-one meetings to address individual HR concerns
• Oversee all HR processes in Israel, including onboarding, terminations, evaluations, and more
Labor Relations Management
• Ensure alignment with and implementation of HR processes in accordance with Israeli labor law
• Oversee control processes such as extra hours, annual leave, etc.
• Manage employer-employee relations across company-wide processes
• Address special approvals and exceptions as needed
• Implement pension regulations and develop new processes and tools to support them
• Manage the company’s health insurance programs
Collective Agreement Management
• Oversee existing contracts, and negotiate and sign new agreements
• Interface with the Histadrut and the Union on all matters related to collective agreements
• Handle legal issues and collaborate with law firms and the Legal Department
• Manage work processes stemming from the collective agreement, including updates to degrees and efficiency processes
Budget Management
• Take direct responsibility for the HR budget, including headcount and salary management in Israel
Welfare activities
· Manage welfare activities such as: company events,
· Manage groups and communities such as pensioners, employees with disabilities etc.
· Ensure compliance with relevant policies regulations and standards
· Manage the volunteering activities
· Manage the donations policy and activities
Management
· Collaborate closely with CEO and management team to implement strategic HR initiatives that align with company goals and objectives
· Lead the development and implementation of HR programs and activities related to welfare, employee relations, donations etc
· Analyze HR metrics and provide insights
Requirements:
Academic education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or other related field.
Minimum 10 years of solid HR management experience in a sizable company, with at least 5 years in a senior management position
Experience with collective agreements is an advantage
Experience with management of cross company projects and processes
Experience as BP, leading executives, managers & employees
Excellent MS-Office skills
High level of control in English language (Speaking, reading and writing) - a must
Management or a related discipline. MBA is an advantage.
