HR & Talent acquisition specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven HR & Talent acquisition specialist to join our team in a comprehensive role. This position will involve end-to-end hiring processes, focusing on both technological and non-technological positions, alongside handling employee relations, welfare, and HR initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Manage full cycle hiring processes for technological roles and non-technological positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
HR processes, including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding.
Plan and execute welfare activities and company events to foster a positive work environment.
Maintain and manage HR databases and reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and fostering a supportive workplace culture.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in HR and Talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes.
Experience in welfare, employee relations, and HR operations – an advantage!
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience working with HR systems.
Bachelor's degree -in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
